"I would like to express my deepest appreciation and satisfaction with the outstanding service provided by one of your male staff members who was assisting at the cashier today. Although I didn’t catch his name, I dined in around 1 PM. Unknowingly, I had dropped my gold bracelet, and to my surprise, about an hour after I had left the store, he actively looked for me and returned it. I was truly amazed by his honesty and deeply touched by his kindness. This is, without a doubt, the best service I’ve ever received!"
